Shipping & Delivery Policy

CuddleBerry (operated by Mohita Goyal (trading as Shree Radha creations)) ships across India through trusted courier partners.

1. Serviceability

We deliver to most serviceable pincodes across India. If your pincode is not serviceable, you will be informed at checkout.

2. Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). During sale periods and festivals, processing may take slightly longer.

3. Delivery time

Metro cities: 3–5 business days
Rest of India: 5–8 business days
Remote locations: up to 10 business days

Timelines are estimates from the dispatch date and may be affected by courier delays, weather or events beyond our control.

4. Shipping charges

Shipping is free on prepaid orders above ₹999. A flat shipping fee of ₹79 applies to orders below this value. Cash on Delivery orders, where available, may carry an additional handling fee shown at checkout. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.

5. Order tracking

Once your order ships, we will send a tracking link by email and/or SMS/WhatsApp. You can also contact us with your order number for an update.

6. Delivery attempts

The courier will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful, the parcel is returned to us. For prepaid orders we will refund the amount after deducting the shipping charges; for COD orders we may restrict future COD orders.

7. Damaged in transit

Please check the parcel on receipt. If it appears tampered with or damaged, record a short unboxing video and contact us at hello@cuddle-berry.com within 48 hours.
